METHODOLOGY
Federal income tax uses the 2026 IRS Publication 15-T automated percentage method. Employee Social Security is calculated at 6.2% up to the 2026 wage base, and standard Medicare at 1.45%.
Uses the 2026 New York State Method II annual schedules and official deduction/exemption allowance values. NYC and Yonkers are activated only when selected.
